Centuria committed to a full refurbishment, a 2,702 sqm warehouse extension and a 35 metre supercanopy on a tired facility in the Gilbertson estate. The asset that wins the tenant did not exist yet, and the one that did photographs badly. So it was built in advance — the canopy with a B-double under it, the office frontage at the end of the day, the end-of-trip and EV bays that tell a logistics tenant staff will actually turn up. Then the instrument that carries it: one scrolling web app where the numbers, the location and the flythrough sit in a single link an agent can send.
